BAMA is my thesis project for the SVA MFA Design program, inspired by my mom’s personal experience.

When women hit walls searching for answers, by navigating to BAMA’s website, they find comfort and relatability.

Starting with a simple three-minute questionnaire, women are guided toward practical solutions, along with clear explanations of the underlying causes.

Small, tailored adjustments — along with tips and tricks — offer women an easy starting point. Knowing there are actionable solutions, not just suffering in silence, gives them hope.

BAMA’s online community is a space where women find connection and understanding. Menopause isn’t a personal battle or failure — it’s a transition waiting to be embraced.

BAMA Daily Dose delivers tips and insights on aging, sent straight to subscribers in their preferred format — text or email.
